Yoani Sanchez protesters explode at NYC lecture on social media

Yoani Sanchez is criticized by protesters in the crowd for having a
presumed relationship with the U.S. during an ongoing U.S.penalizing
embargo on Cuba. Outrage and emotions flew during this lecture at THE
NEW SCHOOL in NYC, and she was called a "liar" and told to "go home" by
those who were in the crowd to protest her presence. Others in the crowd
applauded her calm response to the agitation.

Award-winning
experimental filmmaker Joey Huertas films, and documents, dissident
anti-communist blogger Yoani Sanchez's trip to New York City during a 80
day United States visit.

This is the first visit for Yoani
Sanchez to the U.S. after many VISA denials (over 10) due to her
reputation as a political activist.
