Given his approaching death Duke Ernst II of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg wanted to destroy them at the end of his life - the tracks of the Illuminati order. Since its unmasking and persecution in Bavaria 1784 he had given them shelter. The founder of the Illuminati order, Adam Weishaupt himself had found asylum in Gotha Duke, for 46 years, up to Weishaupt's death in 1830. And the Order lived again on at this time. But the Duke did not have the heart. He bequeathed the 20 volumes of documents of the Grand Lodge of Sweden. Foreign seemed safer. Hence the name Sweden crate. It contains hundreds Illuminati Papers, correspondence of Weishaupt, Duke Ernst II. And Johann Christoph Bode, the most important Masonic and Illuminati Weimar. The house of Saxe-Gotha-Altenburg got the documents in 1883 back and held her still half a century under wraps. After the Nazi seizure of power the crate shared the fate of all Masonic archives: it was confiscated by the Gestapo during the war, captured by the Russians in Moscow archives eingelagert.1957 came most of the documents in the GDR State Archives Merseburg. Since 1990, the volumes belong to the Privy Prussian State Archives. Now the Sweden box is thoroughly investigated. Scientists at the University of Erfurt search for the contents of the late Illuminati, the consequences of their actions. A detective work, amazing questions: Weimar and Gotha - conspirators nests? Goethe - a dedicated secret societies? What they have dealt with their secret meetings? Was the Privy Goethe appearance only this - to control the brothers? Could the whole education be the work of Freemasons and Illuminati? If they wanted to rule the world or make it better through education?
